Refund policy

Guarantee Policy:

All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design or material defect, although the lack of conformity must be revealed within a period of 2 months from when it became known. During the warranty period, the CUSTOMER may return the product and we will repair or replace it. Transportation costs generated by returns under warranty will NOT be borne by the CUSTOMER.

If you consider that the item you have bought from us has a malfunction, defect or manufacturing defect problem and you want to request the free repair or replacement of the product with a similar one, you must send us an email to info@padel-island.com with the following data:

  • Name and surname
  • Order number and date
  • invoice number
  • Item object of the claim
  • Description of the problem presented by the article as detailed as possible, date and situation of its onset or appearance and, if they provide relevant and explanatory information, good resolution photos of the area of the article where the defect or problem occurs.

Padel Island will act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the client for the positive solution of the exchange or return of the product. We will forward your request to the manufacturer and, after he has studied it and has communicated the result of his investigation and his decision on the matter, we will contact you to communicate it to you and tell you how to proceed.


Exchange Policy:

You have 15 calendar days to request a change in size for any footwear or textile item. The term begins the day we deliver the product and within 15 days you have to send us an email to info@padel-island.com with the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Order number and date
  • invoice number
  • Item and size you return to us and size you need
  • Telephone contact
  • pickup address

Our courier will collect the item(s) to be exchanged. For this reason, you have to give us your telephone number and collection address, to define the day, time and place of the collection.

This first size change is free, we take care of the cost of collecting the item you want to change and the delivery of the new one.

If you would like to make a second size change for the same item, the cost will be 5.50 euros if our courier picks up the returned item. You can also make the shipment, to the address that we indicate, being on your own the expenses of this. The cost of shipping the article with the new size to the address you indicate will be 5.50 euros. All expenses generated by this second change will be charged using the same payment method used in the original purchase. No more than 2 changes will be accepted.

In the case of footwear, you must send us its original box and it must arrive in another box to avoid damage during transport. We cannot accept changes of footwear if the original box arrives with any type of damage or deterioration.

For exchanges, you do not need to send us the gifts or gifts that we gave you with the original purchase.

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and after verifying that the product arrives with the original box, labels and packaging and in perfect condition, as well as that it shows no signs of having been used or has any type of damage or flaw, we We will send the item with the new requested size in a maximum period of 5 days. To this term will be added the delivery terms established at the time of the original purchase.

In the event that we do not have the requested size change at the time of the request, we will indicate the estimated date of entry into our warehouse so that you can choose between waiting for that date or converting the change process into a return process ( where the rules detailed in the Returns Policy section will apply).

If you want to make a change for a different product, if it is not a change in size, you must process a return and a new purchase.

If in your purchase process you have registered as a customer, you can also choose to save the amount of the change in your customer-balance that you can use in future purchases. This amount has no expiration date.

There is no exchange right on the following types of products:

  • Personalized items.
  • Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons: Underwear, masks...

Once the period of 15 calendar days has elapsed without you having contacted us, you lose the option to return or exchange the item.

Return policy:

IMPORTANT: These conditions for the return of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Without prejudice to what is established in clause 8 on the right of withdrawal, returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, transport damage or delivery errors. In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by PADEL ISLAND of the status of the product being returned and verification that the requirements in these contracting conditions have been met.

PADEL ISLAND reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or; of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Returns will be managed by sending an email to info@padel-island.com describing the reasons and causes alleged for the return. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surnames and; the reference number of the order.

Once the refund is received and if applicable, we will process the refund of the amount within a period of 15 days.

  • Items that you return to us (in case you only return one item to us and your order was two or more)
  • Reason for return (optional, but it will help us improve)

In the case of footwear, you must send us its original box and it must arrive in another box to avoid damage during transport. We cannot accept shoe returns if the original box arrives with any type of damage or deterioration.

When we have sent you a present or gift with your order, you have to return them to us as well. If your return arrives without them, in your refund we will deduct the cost of these according to the current rate.
