POLÍTICA DE DESISTIMIENTO

De conformidad con el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 y la Directiva 2011/83/UE, usted tiene derecho a desistir del presente contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales sin necesidad de justificación.

Plazo de desistimiento

El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 14 días naturales del día en que usted o un tercero por usted indicado adquirió la posesión material de los bienes.

Cómo ejercer el derecho de desistimiento

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deberá notificárnoslo mediante una declaración inequívoca (por ejemplo, una carta enviada por correo postal o correo electrónico) a:

Puede utilizar el modelo de formulario de desistimiento que figura a continuación, aunque no es obligatorio.

Consecuencias del desistimiento

En caso de desistimiento, le devolveremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los gastos de entrega (a excepción de los gastos adicionales resultantes de la elección de una modalidad de entrega diferente a la modalidad menos costosa de entrega ordinaria), sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a más tardar 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha en que seamos informados de su decisión de desistir del presente contrato.

Procederemos a efectuar dicho reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por usted para la transacción inicial. El reembolso no ocasionará ningún gasto para usted.

Podremos retener el reembolso hasta haber recibido los bienes o hasta que usted haya presentado una prueba de devolución de los mismos.

Deberá devolver los bienes sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a más tardar en el plazo de 14 días naturales desde la comunicación de desistimiento. Los gastos directos de devolución correrán a su cargo.

Los bienes deberán devolverse en su estado original y con el embalaje original.

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento

El derecho de desistimiento no será aplicable a:

• Bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor o claramente personalizados.
• Bienes que puedan deteriorarse o caducar con rapidez.
• Bienes precintados que no sean aptos para ser devueltos por razones de protección de la salud o de higiene y que hayan sido desprecintados tras la entrega.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
