Bases del Sorteo Komodo
BASES DEL SORTEO
“SORTEO GAFAS KOMODO”
1. ORGANIZADOR
El presente sorteo es organizado por Inversiones Orozco Tavio, S.L. (Padel Island), en adelante, el “Organizador”.
2. ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL
El sorteo está dirigido exclusivamente a personas residentes en España peninsular y Baleares.
3. PERIODO DE PARTICIPACIÓN
El sorteo comenzará el sábado 12 de septiembre de 2026, en el momento de publicación de la promoción en el perfil de Instagram @padelisland_shop, y finalizará el domingo 20 de septiembre de 2026 a las 21:00 h (hora peninsular española).
No se admitirán participaciones realizadas fuera de este periodo.
4. REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR
Podrán participar las personas físicas mayores de 18 años, residentes en España peninsular o Baleares, que dispongan de una cuenta de Instagram válida.
Para participar deberán:
- Seguir la cuenta @padelisland_shop.
- Dar “Me gusta” a la publicación del sorteo.
- Comentar en dicha publicación indicando si juegan a pádel, pickleball o ambos, y mencionar a un amigo con quien compartirían pista.
Cada persona podrá participar una única vez.
Quedan excluidos los empleados de Inversiones Orozco Tavio, S.L. y sus familiares directos.
5. PREMIO
El premio consiste en un par de Gafas de Protección Komodo Pádel & Pickleball blancas, que incluyen:
- Cristales tintados para jugar outdoor.
- Cristales transparentes para jugar indoor.
- Funda.
El ganador no tendrá que abonar ningún importe por el premio ni por su envío.
6. ELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR
Entre todas las participaciones válidas se realizará una selección aleatoria de un (1) ganador y tres (3) suplentes mediante la herramienta Easypromos.
La selección se realizará una vez finalizado el periodo de participación.
7. COMUNICACIÓN DEL GANADOR
El ganador será anunciado el lunes 21 de septiembre de 2026 a las 22:00 h, a través de las Stories de @padelisland_shop.
Asimismo, el Organizador contactará con el ganador mediante mensaje privado de Instagram.
El ganador dispondrá de 48 horas desde el envío del mensaje para responder y facilitar los datos necesarios para gestionar la entrega del premio.
Si transcurrido dicho plazo no hubiera respondido, o no cumpliera los requisitos de participación, se contactará con el primer suplente. Se seguirá el mismo procedimiento con los siguientes suplentes, si fuera necesario.
8. ENTREGA DEL PREMIO
El premio será enviado al ganador sin ningún coste para este, a la dirección que facilite al Organizador dentro del territorio establecido en estas bases.
9. PARTICIPACIONES NO VÁLIDAS
El Organizador podrá excluir aquellas participaciones que no cumplan los requisitos establecidos en estas bases o que se consideren fraudulentas, manipuladas o realizadas mediante prácticas destinadas a alterar el normal desarrollo del sorteo.
10. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Los datos personales que el ganador facilite al Organizador serán tratados exclusivamente para gestionar la comunicación con el ganador y la entrega del premio, de acuerdo con la Política de Privacidad de Padel Island.
11. INSTAGRAM
Este sorteo no está patrocinado, avalado, administrado ni asociado de ninguna manera con Instagram.
Los participantes reconocen que proporcionan su información al Organizador y no a Instagram.
12. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES
La participación en el sorteo implica la aceptación íntegra de estas bases.
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“KOMODO GLASSES GIVEAWAY”
1. ORGANISER
This giveaway is organised by Inversiones Orozco Tavio, S.L. (Padel Island), hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The giveaway is open exclusively to individuals residing in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The giveaway will begin on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the time the promotion is published on the Instagram profile @padelisland_shop, and will close on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 9:00 PM (Spanish mainland time).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO ENTER
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and have a valid Instagram account.
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @padelisland_shop.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post stating whether they play padel, pickleball or both, and mention one friend with whom they would share the court.
Each person may enter once only.
Employees of Inversiones Orozco Tavio, S.L. and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.
5. PRIZE
The prize consists of one pair of white Komodo Padel & Pickleball Protective Glasses, including:
- Tinted lenses for outdoor play.
- Clear lenses for indoor play.
- Protective case.
The winner will not be required to pay any amount for the prize or its delivery.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner and three (3) alternate winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using Easypromos.
The random selection will take place after the participation period has ended.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONTACT WITH THE WINNER
The winner will be announced on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:00 PM, through the Stories of @padelisland_shop.
The Organiser will also contact the winner via Instagram direct message.
The winner will have 48 hours from the time the message is sent to respond and provide the information required to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period or does not meet the participation requirements, the first alternate winner will be contacted. The same procedure will be followed with the subsequent alternate winners, if necessary.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be sent to the winner free of charge, to the address provided to the Organiser within the territory specified in these terms and conditions.
9. INVALID ENTRIES
The Organiser may disqualify entries that do not meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions or that are considered fraudulent, manipulated, or intended to interfere with the normal operation of the giveaway.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data provided by the winner will be processed exclusively for the purposes of communicating with the winner and arranging delivery of the prize, in accordance with Padel Island’s Privacy Policy.
11. INSTAGRAM
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organiser and not to Instagram.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
