CUSTOMS PROCEDURES

Canary Island customers, when purchasing from Padel Island, follow the same procedures as mainland customers: make the purchase and receive it at their home address. The final price we offer our customers is all-inclusive. This includes the price of the items purchased, shipping costs, customs fees and procedures, as well as the IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).

Correos Express, our partner in this project, handles all the necessary paperwork and customs and tax procedures on behalf of both the customer and Padel Island, including filing the corresponding IGIC with the Canary Islands Tax Agency.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping: For all the islands, the delivery time ranges from five to ten business days.

All shipments must pass through customs on the destination island. This may result in delivery delays, which are not the responsibility of Padel Island.
