This agreement regulates the general conditions of purchase of the various products and services offered on this website by INVERSIONES OROZCO TAVÍO S.L (hereinafter PADEL ISLAND.) with NIF nº B67716514 and address at Avenida de España 40, 2ºB de (28220) Majadahonda, Madrid (Spain).

1. PRICES AND TAXES
In consideration for the purchased product, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay PADEL ISLAND the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.padel-island.com for the chosen products.
Transport costs are NOT included in the price of the products, they are calculated in the final price before finalizing the purchase, taking into account the free shipping costs for purchases over 55 euros.
The delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of VAT if the delivery address is located in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times, depending on the specific article in question. In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; The deliveries will be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
In the case of shipments to countries of the European Union, the Spanish VAT will be deducted and will be applied to the VAT tax time corresponding to the country of destination.

3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our website are available for immediate delivery within the indicated periods. In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, they will be duly informed of this and an alternative product with similar characteristics of the same price and quality as the one purchased will be offered. As a general rule, the maximum delivery time at home, from the moment of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment, will be:

- Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours.
- Canary Islands: 3-10 days
- European countries: between 3 and 5 days.
Customers are offered, whenever possible, the 24-hour express shipping service subject to an increase in the price of shipping costs.
Deliveries will be made on business days (Monday to Friday). It is recommended that the CUSTOMER communicate their time preferences for delivery when completing the order data.
The product purchased at home will be delivered by the carrier together with a delivery note to the address indicated in the order form that the customer must sign as a receipt document. If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly, and the steps to follow will be indicated in detail. PADEL ISLAND is not responsible for delays in the delivery of parts purchased by houses attributable to the carrier.

4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS
The following forms of payment are accepted:

Payments are prior to the delivery of the product or provision of the service, so PADEL ISLAND will not provide the requested product until the moment it has received payment for it. PADEL ISLAND reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident in terms of collection thereof.
When making the payment corresponding to the delivery, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as the invoice of your purchase. Likewise, the Invoice of your purchase will be delivered to you together with the product at the time of home delivery.
The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of the notifications and for informing us of any changes to their data, leaving PADEL ISLAND exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.
All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design or material defect, although the lack of conformity must be revealed within a period of 2 months from when it became known. IMPORTANT: These conditions for the return of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Without prejudice to what is established in clause 8 on the right of withdrawal, returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, transport damage or delivery errors. The CUSTOMER will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, for which the collection cost will be deducted from the reimbursement, except in the event that the reason is defective quality or shipping error on our part.
The goods or products to be returned must be in perfect condition, not have been damaged, show no deformations, no signs of wear or stains. You will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date on which we are informed your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

9. PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES

All notifications between the parties will be made preferably by email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of the notifications and for informing PADEL ISLAND of any changes to their data, the latter being exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must inform PADEL ISLAND in the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
In compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information related to our website and the products offered therein, will be made by email to the e-mail address that you provide us, always revocable. 12. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
