HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Select your test paddle
Choose one or more of the available paddles and send us your request through the form.
2. Receive it and try it for 10 days
You will receive the paddle at your home and can try it for 10 calendar days in real playing conditions.
3. If you decide to buy it
We will send you a brand-new, sealed unit of the same model, subject to availability, and refund the full test service and shipping fee.
4. If you decide to return it
We will refund 100% of the paddle price. The test service and shipping fee is non-refundable.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Mainland Spain: €12 per paddle
Balearic Islands: €20 per paddle
Mainland Portugal: €20 per paddle
The fee covers the test service and includes both outbound and return shipping.
At present, the Test Paddle Service is available only in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal.
